FIVE STAR RECOGNITION FOR HYGIENE STANDARDS

Top marks and congratulations to the Midshire Catering teams at Quinn Glass, Ince, Hoya Lens, Wrexham, Dailycer, Deeside, and Severn Vale School, Quedgeley, who have been awarded the top 5 star rating for excellent food hygiene standards and procedures.

Midshire Catering's commitment to the highest standards, has been recognized under the Food Standards Agency "Scores on the Doors" scheme. The recently introduced, 5 tier grading system to assess food hygiene standards and procedures in food premises throughout England & Wales, awards excellent standards with 5 stars and poorer facilities and practices with less.

Well done to all involved in this tremendous achievement.
